If you got this issued check yours Plugins, some time, the problem is a plugin called BPS Security

Daniel, permissions within a IIS server environment are not defined within a CHMOD permission code. You need to set those within your Web Hosting Control Panel, under File Directories. If your Plug-in/Theme is asking you to change permission level to lets say a 777 CHMOD code, you can use an online CHMOD value calculator to help decipher these codes. You can review betablog.info for tips and tricks towards WordPress websites hosted on a Windows Server.
